How Online Orders Work
For Professional Skincare Products:
All orders for skincare products purchased through the online store are processed in weekly batches.
Orders are processed every Tuesday and will be ready for pickup the following Tuesday (7 days later).
Orders placed after Tuesday will be processed the next week.
Product Pickup Only - No Shipping
At this time, we do not offer shipping. All products purchased online orders are for local pickup at our Columbia studio.
Your order will be ready 7 days after purchase.
Pickup is on Tuesdays from 1:00 pm - 5:45 pm.
For Specials on Services & Classes/Workshops:
All purchases for our special on services or classes/workshops through the online store are fulfilled in person at our Columbia studio location (8900 Columbia 100 Parkway)

Afterpay can be used to purchase products, specials on services & classes/workshops!
When using Afterpay to purchase a special service, class / workshop:
You must reach out to confirm and book your appointment for the special service or class/workshop enrollment as appointments and enrollments are set up manually.
Proof of payment is required before appointments can be scheduled or enrollments confirmed.
